Depends on your perspective. If you're after having a great waste of time recording tout crap, well then, your thread idea is superb. If, on the other hand, you perceive the problem to be the massive flushing of ignorant money by the likes of the "moderator" in question, well, your thread idea isn't going to do squat because ignorant money does not have the sophistication to go searching and reading some obscure "Penny Tout Records" thread. The moderator idea was cooked up by the "moderator" in question, for a reason. The fact the "moderator" in question was booted off IH -- by Matt, even -- speaks volumes.
