I don't remember Clinton "crowing" that much, but I DO remember things looking pretty good. I seem to remember the "irrational exuberance" comment coming LONG before the Tech Bubble. If Clinton used his wiles to get things going so well in the 90's, then I certainly hope that we could get another president with wiles so attuned to get us OUT of the mess that Bush has gotten us into. Come on, Laz...you CAN'T tell me things are looking better in ANY respect under Bush than they did under Clinton.
