LIES! 9-11 happened on Bush's watch after he ignored the warnings and disbanded Clinton's entire counter-terrorism operation. Bush and his people were totally AWOL on terrorism. CLinhton or Gore probably would have stopped 9-11 because the warning came in a month earlier. Clinton's people responded to warnings, Bush didn't.
