Campbell's problem if you can call it that, is that it has a 3000m tpd mill and is operating at 500 tpd in start up mode largely because it cannot get miners. This is not an economic picture and won't be until things change. They have 2 years of ore at 3000 tpd, and it is fair value but right now they are mining and milling at a loss. Sprott is of course banking on perceptions that things can improve.
