seems like a pretty stupid article, one of the four stocks mentioned is down .11 (just over 1%) from friday's close, one is flat, and two are up <g>

then again, the street dot joke is regularly the source of garbage articles, so i guess it's not very surprising

and if Amaranth and for example, the merry band at DKR also need money to pay back investors... what can they do? Liquidate "investments"?

then it might be a good thing that prospective blank check captains can no longer consider money a free thing. It can put the focus on the existing blank check companies and perhaps at least slow the pace of new ones.

I'd like to see a nice washout on some trades, preferably towards yearend when people are reluctant to buy.
