You are ignorant. Chavez is not planning the destruction of anything except what he considers gringo imperialism in his country. And are you trying to tell us gringo imperialism doesn't exist? Have you ever read the history of Latin America? Name one Latino country we haven't either invaded or helped with a coup d'etat at one point or another. Not I'm not saying anything's black or white there. But the US rightwing has a long history of treating Latin American countries as if they own them. And they don't. It was Bushies who first started the trash talk with Chavez only after he refused to renew old commission deals with Exxon and Chevron. That's what this is about, not destruction of anything. It's about money. BTW: I don't support Chavez. But I also don't support extreme rightwing oil flunkie Bushies trying to start new wars with people who should not be seen as enemies.
