Actually with the Indians getting more and more restless, and getting more and more help from various Muslim Terror groups, Canada may need to protect itself from it's own failed native apartheid. The Natives have guns, most Canadians have none.

Well, that goes without saying, but since Canada would really have no chance whatsoever - why bother with a military at all?
