So the clowns that manipulated natural gas up so high drank the koolaid? One can only hope that the same happens to those who've spiked oil.

Co that its Board of Directors has authorized the co to repurchase an additional $5 bln of its common stock. When combined with other previously announced buyback plans, the total outstanding share repurchase authorization is now $6.8 bln. Including today's announcement, the Board has authorized the repurchase of $15 bln of stock since September 2004. Over this period, the co has reduced the number of its shares outstanding by over 200 mln shares, or more than 10%. Additionally, the co plans to raise its quarterly cash dividend 33%. TI's new quarterly dividend rate will be $0.04 per quarter, resulting in annual dividend payments of $0.16 per share. The co's previous dividend increase was announced in July 2005, when the dividend was raised 20%.

40% haircut within the last 2 months; good to see "smart money" is getting sacked as well once in a while;
looks like the NG spike correlates with July heat wave that almost melted down CA's power grid; if I recall correctly records in power consumption were broken day after day.
Now PG&E gives everybody a 15% break on electricity bill for month of Jul
