Can't see how anyone can think of JOE as a value stock. My Fidelity research says it is trading for 12 times book and a forward PE of 76 with expected PE growth of 13.5%. a nice PEG between 5 and 6. Another curious thing is that they project 3-5 yr forward earnings growth at 13.5% AFTER the FLA bubble has cracked while they only averaged 5% earnings growth in the last 5 years during one of the greatest RE bubbles ever. Hang on to your Mar 40's. My Jan 55's are doing just fine. I just hope 4 months will be long enough for this amazing act of levitation to collapse like a cheap suit.
