It's simple. OEM promo subscribers get a certain amount of time to decide if they want to become cash paying subscribers or become a CHURN statistic. By the numbers provided in the SEC statements. It appears that a larger percentage of overall initial subscribers decide to remain subscribers at SIRI vs. XM.

Sirius has never provided a conversion rate from promo subscribers to paying subscribers. They have repeatedly said in public statements that they don't have enough data to provide the answer. It appears to me that you have no idea what the conversion rate actually is.

Furthermore Sirius has never provided a figure of how many of their customers are in promo periods. Is it 5%? 10%? 15%? 20%? Nobody outside of Sirius knows. XM provides both a conversion rate and an actual figure for how many subscribers are in the promotional period.

It does if you don't know what you're talking about.

We've been over this time and again. Sirius has no OEM churn yet because they have no OEM vehicles subject to being churned because their OEM program only began ramping a year ago.

I don't know why this is so hard for you to understand.

Okay, so that is one of the SIRI geniuses whos allegation I've picked apart. If you still don't understand it, I'll be glad to go over it for the 300th time.

Which seems at odds to the Logikā„¢ that Mr. Ray provides which claims that XM provides superiour content and superiour user terminals.

Has nothing to do with it and everything to do with the OEMs. Which is one reason the OEM churn should be a totally separate calculation, as XM does it, rather than your so-called "blended" churn.

Come on. You can come up with something more challenging than the same old argument I've already smashed time an again.

Why don't we talk about CPGA? ROFLMAO.
