I am sorry, I took the concept in Economics in University. The people behind it then were Friedman and his bunch. Since none of the socialists has ever implemented it, I have to assume they pay lip service to it. As for wikipedia fine I am glad they have an opinion, but they don't mention the experiments of Friedman, or the results. So to me they are somewhat based in the recent history. And as I said, but you did not listen, the very concept of firing a lot of socialist workers, and people in the welfare business are usually socialists, isn't on the agenda of most socialist parties.
