Well, retail is not higher it's lower according to Sirius itself. So, Sirius pursues a "retail heavy" strategy according to you, yet their SAC/CPGA is higher than XM's, even though retail CPGA is lower than OEM CPGA for Sirius.

So we come back to the question. If Stern is "profitable" and Sirius has "less" churn, and higher REVPAR than XM how is it that they lose hundreds of millions of dollars more than XM at the same subscriber levels?
