No, Santa Monica is already on the thread. I can't believe it has already been a year for Santa Monica. InterAmerican Acquisition has been in registration since June of 2005. Some of these filings are getting old, thought the companies keep filing amendments. To the best of my knowledge, only two have been pulled, and one of those went public in the UK. The last two of my list are Harbor Business Acquisition and Transforma Acquisition Group.
