I wonder if Clinton was on some substance. The whole thing was bizarre! He was trying to pick a fight....taking it out on Chris Wallace... and was red in the face. His eyes looked very weird as well.

I think he totally had an agenda. We watched the interview twice, and that part 3 times. It doesn't get any better with age.
