LIAR. Clinton was never offered Osama. He tried 150 times to kill Osama once he knew he was responsible for the bombings, and he was also organizing a Pakistani hit squad to go in and kill him. Bush disbanded Clinton's entire counter-terror operation and did not replace it. He also ignored the clear 8-6-01 warning and did nothing.

Want to explain why Bush did that?

Basic difference between Bill Clinton & GW Bush? For the last 5 Years GW has made difficult decisions and taken swift action to eliminate those planning to kill Americans. His predecessor Clinton had meetings with lawyers, formed committees, wrote strategy reports, etc. etc; however, he failed to give the decisive order to use strong military action in order to eliminate our #1 enemy before it was too late.
