I disagree with his read on the four-year cycle. For starters, the price low since 1934 has occurred in the mid-term year and held for at least a few years. Second, the few flat/up mid-term years - 1950-1958 and 1986 - have been followed by pretty good years (the '87 crash came after a heck of a rally). So the next few months is about it for good downside possibilities...

Very interesting. Wish I knew what that green line was. What is a "quarterly swing high"?
