"There is a huge different between using a word in an interview and directing it at a colleague at work."

Obviously you missed the point. It shows a lack of class to get angry when ambushed in an interview, but shows a lot of class to cuss out a colleague.

Depending on your political affiliation, of course.

Z, If you told a fellow engineer to "go f*** yourself," while at work, what would your boss's reaction be?

If the analogy fits, my boss' reaction would have been, "Nice job, Dick. I've always wanted to tell him that. Care for some steaks out in the backyard of the White House?"

When did you become a 14 year old?

Like I told Ted, "LOL-zor" is an alter-ego created to reflect the personna of those he responds to. ;-)

I did that once, my Boss said" way to go, never had the balls to do that. He gave me a raise and fired the guy"
