That should change in 2009>> ... i expect a sharper deterioration of leadership capabilities and capacity, and a commensurate worsening foreign policy, in so far as outcomes, leading to worse still policies. the root of the issue is the timing of the election cycle and nature of the electoral system, coupled with the types of folks populating the washington wanna-be crowds ... they are, numbering for enough that matters, ill qualified, lacking perspective, while supposedly educated, have no sense, and while religious, have no morals the usa will do well if it turns over the management to the mormans, getting back to basics, of education, family values, international travel, strong guidance, friendship, thrift and diligence, and speaking multiple languages :0)
