"china will save the world" Wait until you see the price tag for "nation building" Doesn't some academic have a theory that the Great Wall of China not only kept barbarians out, but was supposed to stop the Emperor from embarking on foreign military adventures ? If China wants to go this way, I'm sure the US can arrange to loan China many neocon policy wonks with some really great "outside the box" ideas. Only condition on the loan is you can't send them back. You can send them to Russia, India, or Antarctica, just can't send them back to the US, okay ?
