His predictions don't seem ridiculous to me.
Predictions are just predictions: there is a probability they may come to pass or not at all. To be sure, the title of that article was meant to grab immediate attention.

No doubt, Bush and his Neocons must be feeling very embarrassed and humiliated and frustrated by their failure in Afghanistan, Iraq and in Lebanon, and in getting Iran to comply with ending its uranium-enrichment research.

Since no president would like to be the first president in US history to lose a war, it is not inconceivable that Bush and his Neocons will nuke Iran in order to salvage a modicum of pride and to save face for America.

Nuking Iran does not necessarily mean exploding a megaton doomsday bomb over Iran. Rather, I believe several relatively small precision-guided tactical nukes will be used against
key nuclear sites.

Of course, that will invite retaliation. But that is another story for another day!
