maxncompany >>>putting S. Sec. money into the stock market is the idea.<<

The point I attempted to make is to PROVE there is no SURPLUS to put into the market. After "Business Expense" deductions of the FICA tax there is less CASH money coming to the IRS than is CURRENTLY being expended by SSA. My E-Book more clearly explains these points.

The President and the Social Security Trustees THINK there is a surplus, but again, Net cash to the Treasury is short of net outlay by the SSA.

The law that requires Social Security funds may ONLY be invested in special government securities needs to be REPEALED and replaced by a law requiring funds to be invested OUTSIDE the control of the federal government. Governors of the 50 States could provide oversight. This is the ONLY way to keep the federal government from spending dedicated funds on something else and loaning money to itself and placing phony IOUs in a Trust Fund. The approximate $90 billion in interest on OASDI IOUs in 2005 was paid by more IOUs.

ALL the money raised in the past 20 years since SS was last reformed to build a nest egg for Baby Boomers HAS BEEN SPENT.

As Dick Armey (former House Majority Leader) stated on C-Span a few weeks ago..."Social Security is headed for the biggest catastrophe in the history of the world." I believe that is an EXACT quote.

........

Thanks Ron for the compliments. You would not believe the amount of time I've put into researching this subject.

All the best,
