AMD was lining up evidence for this case unbeknownst to Intel, for several years. Intel got very sloppy.

You don't know this, it's AMD's spin. The point is that in all likelyhood there was no evidence to gather because there was no crime. All business was scrutinized by a team of lawyers to ensure they complied with the law. You won't believe this because you believe Intel is evil. I don't. I think they are smart and AMD will lose this one. Anyway, the point of the link was to offer a perspective that you'll never hear here. You got it, do with it as you please.

It seems as though he should have read AMD's complaint.

For an attorney, he seems to be pretty careless that way. Here he posted that Verizon is suing HP:
