you shouldn´t be so sure that intel is going to win that case.

For me there are 2 reasons as well why intel will lose the case
1. There is evidence in other countries that intel broke the law. Japan officially said they are guilty. And Germany has a very clear letter as evidence that intel broke the law by keeping AMD out of business at Media Markt / Saturn. You better read that letter.
If they broke the law in other countries why do you think they were choirboys in US?

2. Intel gave rebates to OEMs if they keep a minimum share for intel of above 80-90% which were so high that AMD didn´t got a more business in Compaq although they were ready to give millions of chips free of charge to them. That is strictly illegal from my point of view and that issue alone will surprise the jury quite well.

Don´t be so sure. I bet intel is going to lose that war, and it might be their last one.
