an argument regarding this drivel
----------------
Though all the foreign affairs will not be part of the case in the US, it will be in the jurys mind. And knowing that intel were conflicting the law in other countries will play a role, though may not official.
---------------

Other than to say it is nonsense ?

two items.

1- Juries are specifically told to disregard extraneous material when deciding.

2- do you think that a company that does all of its manufacturing outside the US will get sympathy from a US jury because the foreign chips are blocked from some other foreign market ?

If this is really your mindset, I don't think there is any common ground for a discussion between us. My point of view should be as worthless to you, as is yours to me.

However, I really don't think this is your reasoned point of view. You're like that plantlife. Just saying whatever you think might favor your investment. If by some chance you were short AMD, you would have produced equally bizarre arguments to rebut your current view.
