On national TV shortly after 9/11, Democrat Joe Biden blurted out the TOP SECRET fact bin Laden was being tracked via his cell phone calls to his mother in Paris. After that OBL disappeared from all radar screens. Biden is simply one example of Democrats chronic failure with national security.
