EXACTLY!

I remember well him saying 20% a year growth was to be expected for a long, long time.

Of course, orders fell off a cliff, their plans for a new city in the Coyote Valley South of San Jose were "put on hold" and many of the empty buildings they built near their current offices were so empty that the water in the toilets evaporated and let smells from the sewer get into the buildings!
