What, pray tell, would be the result of practices that violate the Claton Act that would not result in "missing sales". If missing sales are not subject to investigation, what on earth is relevant?

If missing sales is evidence of a crime then every company that doesn't hit their targets is a victim of their competition, no?

Missing sales is certainly an effect IF a crime took place but not an indication that a crime did take place. If I'm broke that doesn't indicate I've been robbed does it? There are many other possible explanations. No one has heard a word about those other possibilities. Everyone just accepts that Intel did it because AMD says so. That's intellectually dishonest.

It will all come out in the wash.
