Pam - check out the latest Sony Ericsson handsets on the O2 UK site. They have 3Megapixel cameras and fancy video camcorder functions. Next year my guess is we will see 5 Megapixel Handests. Who is going to need digital cameras except for the top end.

Also there is some fance new TXN chip that will do video at 60fps due out Q1 07. Hansdsets are going to use prodigious amounts of flash.

I believe he said that at the conference call following the release of annual earnings last January. Art
