Have fun boys, but be aware that you are being as arrogant on the way down as you perceive most of us are on the way up. If you are short, now might be a good time to cover. As Cramer would say: "Bulls make money, Bears make money, Hogs get slaughtered." Jan08 35 calls are a good wager at $6.20....oops make that $6.30...Cha-chiiiing.

the analysts at ITC are on the side of BRCM and usually ITC takes the recommendation of the analysts. I try not to get in the gutter with folks, but this statement is an outright lie. Shame on you. First of all, a briefing/staff attorney for the Judge, presumably an impartial type, initially saw infringement on Q's part. However, the Judge extended the time to reach a decision because the issues were so complex. Obviously, he disagreed with the staff attorney and even more obviously did not take his staff attorney's recommendation. I think you should be banned for this bit of FUD.
