Don't worry, I'm a sissy when it comes to pain. I'll take care of it.

25 years ago I got a cortisone shot in the same shoulder and it cleared up the pain right away.

Thanks for the information. I will keep that in mind as my shoulder continues to deteriorate. It is not to a point yet that I have even considered seeing a doctor. It just started hurting a few years ago, and gets a little worse each year.

My wife had cortisone shots for back pain, and they were quite effective.

If I'd been aware of this problem, I never would have allowed you to bench press that canoe all by yourself. <ggg>
