BRCM Broadcom downgraded to Sell from Neutral at Amtech- tgt $23 (30.85 ) -Update-

Amtech downgrades BRCM to Sell from Neutral with a $23 tgt noting MRVL is the latest to pre-announce a miss along with KOMG, ADI, MXIM, NSM, SLAB, CSR, XLNX, MSCC, SMTC, and MCHP. Given these pre-announced misses, the firm is concerned with a semiconductor slow-down and build-up of component inventory across multiple end markets including industrial, consumer, enterprise, and communications.
