As far as I know, there currently is no relationship between the two companies. I really don't know enough about FDCD to give you an opinion, but given its low market cap it might not be a bad speculation.

Here's is a news release sent out today by FDCD:
"Friday Sep 26 1997Mr Don Ross reports The company has signed an exclusive arrangement to provide online gaming software to Internet Gaming Corp. IGC has been awarded a license from the Miramichi Indian Reserve for the purpose of online lotteries, bingo and other games of chance. Flying Disc will provide financial processing services to ICG including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and debit processing so that their clients can receive funds from these sources. Flying Disc will also provide IGC with gaming software and will create graphical user interfaces to support its processing activities for its targeted niche markets. IGC will now have two separate servers to provide a full range of gaming and entertainment experiences to their clientele: one based in Canada on the Eel Ground First Nations Reserve (for bingo nd sports betting), and one in the Republic of Dominica (for online casinos). "

I watched the little excitement on Flying Disc last week when the press release on the licence was announced. Given that this is zero accomplishment - Antigua will give a licence for anything - it tells me people are watching and could easily jump on the Flying Disc bandwagon.

Would you be kind enough to tell me the SCOPE of their business ie, is it just gaming s/w or are they also going to have a sight? are they doing ECOmmerce with a Verisign or someone to handle the transactions as per todays press release?

Kind Regards,

Mark

I remember your post back in September, ie:
Message 2287882

Where you asked about a potential relationship between CRYP and FDCD.
Can you tell us more now? We "now" know that FDCD as a license from Cryptologic. What else did you hear or know now?
Thanks
