The age of consent in DC is 16. So what Foley did was less sleazy than Clinton, Clinton had intimate contact while Foley allegedly only talked about it. Both were doing so with young "adults"*.

Clinton screwed around with Monica. That's sleazy.

Bush screwed around with the public trust and the good name of the United States and the military. That's sleazy.

Clinton made HIMSELF a ass, Bush made our COUNTRY a ass...

There's a BIG BIG difference in those sleazies.
