It seems impossible to stop people believing in it. There are as many as a hundred thousand people who believe that there is a big hole at the North Pole and inside is a whole other world.

I'm not smart enough to state anything about the origin of oil either way. All I'm trying to say is there seems to be anecdotal evidence that abiotic oil might be possible...at least something to be considered. What I really find interesting is the number of people who seem to get all bent out of shape if ANYTHING is said contrary to "conventional wisdom". What difference would it make?
