Elmer, I've seen you call people liars several times over the years. And yes other's have called you a liar as well. Calling someone a liar is a personal attack and I will at times enforce it immediately.

Considering the extremely serious personal accusation this time, the fact that it came from the most abusive guy around here, plus the fact that you were rightfully hurt deeply afterwards, plus the fact you obviously never are doing the same, and the fact that your purpose with calling it out was only related to that accusation, guess what I did this time. Your call was simply sick.

re: (from two different posts in this thread:)
The point was that I [Elmer] was called a liar for calling it Quad-Core. Of Course Rink did nothing about the personal attack. It all depends on who the target is."
But considering who the personal attack was directed at [Elmer], it gets a free pass.

You throwing dirt at me like that is without basis: I've suspended a couple more people who favor AMD than those who favor Intel (including you once). I've defended Intel enthusiasts over the point where that was popular. I've done the same for AMD enthusiasts.

You still can choose not to start a cruzada; if you decide else fine.

Regards,

Rink

PS, thanks Petz for looking up where Elmer called someone else a liar this year.
