I agree with you there, GST. Hillary won't fare well in a race like that; I don't know if Warner has many skeletons in his closet or not.

McCain's chances of becoming the Republican nominee will depend on the outcome of Congress 2006. The Reagan Dems who form a significant base for McCain, I think are not very thrilled with McCain's pro-Iraq war rhetoric.
