What could the rent possibly be on that $550k townhouse? Perhaps $1500-1800? I'm shocked that sold for $365k four years ago. A bubble for the ages in SoCal that has lasted way too long on a unit that should really be worth $250-300k tops. Seems only double digit increases in rents per year and 4% mortgage rates can keep the 'crash' from happening now that the psychology has changed.
