Just an indication that said company may be straddling the fence of illegality

No, having a dominant market share (or even 100%) is not illegal in any way. But if you do have a monopoly, then your standard of conduct is subject to stricter regulation - for example you can't use your monopoly position in one area to extend your dominance in another.

I can wait for the earnings report; the people doing the financing for the ATI takeover are pumping as hard as they can ; they are probably trying to unload as much AMD as they can before earnings.

Jim, > Just an indication that said company may be straddling the fence of illegality at best and may have fallen over it on numerous occasions.

The question was about Intel's mandatory anti-trust law training for their sales and marketing people. Plantlife couldn't believe Intel does it and even accused Golfbum of being a flat-out liar. That tells you more about Plantlife than anything else.

Sure Jim. No one wants "Cornholio." Those "mystery chips" are too "confusing":

Not like AMD's chips which are easy to figure out, such as the "Athlon 64 X2 3800+ EE SFF CPU":

You sure know how to pick winners, Jim ... ;-)
