Remember it's not just Intel's overt actions that mattered for AMD - it was also the perception (whether justified or not) by Intel's customers (like Supermicro) that they needed to "behave well" from Intel's vantage point.

I don't believe there were any "overt actions" nor do I believe Intel's customers had any such perception. That's AMD spin. None of the companies named are supporting AMD's position. Of course, people here will point to that as proof of AMD's claims. Go figure.
