They don't want 10 million refugees to support while they strive to get their GDP up. </B.

Not onlt that, but they have 200 million of their own citizens with less than $1 of income per day - and 500 or 600 million others not that much better off.

That is all they need for Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan to develop nuclear weapons. Japan can probably develop delivery capabilities with the technology that they use in the toys they make.

China has enormous problems of their own.
