Clinton bought a NK nuclear freeze by giving them billions for energy production. It was an expensive temporary fix. Part of the deal was a promise that their nuclear program would be dismantled. The No. Koreans collected the billions but never began eliminating their program. Typical of Clinton's band-aid foreign policy. His policy on terrorism had an equally disastrous result.

Pres Reagan's "trust but verify" policy should have been applied by Clinton to the No. Koreans. Yet again Democrats failed to get the job done in order to protect Americans.
