Ann..I think the last "effective" war I've seen was the bombing of Yugoslavia.

That "war" was fast, clean and cheap. It accomplished the mission and didn't cost much in lives.

Ann...can you tell me WHAT was our "peace dividend" from anything that Reagan did? We are spending MORE now on our military than we were spending during the Reagan Administration. The Russians STILL have enough nukes to wipe us out in an hour. So WHAT's the DIVIDEND???
