That was certainly the impression I got from a number of your posts. If that wasn't your intention then you sure gave the wrong impression.

There is a vast gulf between excercising a questionable defense and admitting guilt. My posts and those of others that you were arguing against yesterday were criticising Malloy's questionable defense, and not proposing the notion that he was admitting guilt.

Maybe you should review yesterday's thread in that light, since you had the wrong impression. You might just see that I was NOT passing judgeement on Intel wrt the antitrust case, but rather merely exposing the weakness of Malloy's statement, with examples.

(Rest assured fellow readers, I'm not trying to start this debate up again. The threshold of what I will respond to is set very high.)
