At about age 64 I thought that I would go back and get my law degree but then my parents became ill and family matters precluded any pursuit of this.

I wanted it only to do pro bono work and would have been interested in exactly the thing you are doing.

I love truth and justice and that was the incentive that was prodding to think about it.I could have gotten a lot of life's credits. I once took my insurance broker exam for NYS which I never used but I was told that the six year exam was as difficult as the law exam... for NYS... I studied really hard for it and passed the first time...

I collected more certificates,licenses and all like in a ditty bag many of which I never used. The Masters in Counseling was the only one.

Now, it's all too late. Glad you are deriving satisfaction in what you do.
