Was shooting a wounded enemy in the back considered heroic during Vietnam? Other than that incident, a shallow scratch, and the retrieval of his little hat from a member of the CIA, Kerry's heroism is a figment of his own imagination.

However, he did show skill requesting medals for incidents any other swift boater would've found embarrassing. They were relieved when he unscrupulously grabbed the 3 medals and your back home loophole.
