For sure, you're right. But absent a straight answer on this point of a housing induced recession, that he has gone at lengths to make, even his blind followers must admit what you just said of Slider.

"second, he's going to talk his book..." Who EVER talks against their book? I must be missing something, but what is the main point about the housing recession as it relates to gold? Maxandcompany, what are you disagreeing about? Im not following your line of thought about the housing recession?
