Kerry didn't mean that at all. He has fought for the well-being of veterans his entire career. Sure, some of them are uneducated, but that's always true in any military. But of course what Kerry meant was that Bush should have studied history and Iraqi politics before he invaded without a plan. That's a serious criticism.

Yep, that's what Kerry said and that is what he meant to say. You are both wrong and he's a sad excuse for anybody that wants to be a leader.
