Well what tactic to use ? At what time are they a sell ? No one wants to be the one turning the light off ...

essentially same level as one month ago when this development was totally unanticipated..


AET looks oversold... BUT @ a 2.40 / 27.56 * 100 dividend on the previous close of 27.56 that's only a measly 8.7% yield !!!! Today the yield has increased to 2.40 / 23.13 * 100 or 10.37 %... before application of the corporate tax.... see resource sector tax system below...
I used to be 90% trusts a few years ago. I aimed for effective expected yields > 15%...

Note: A provincial corporate income tax rate of 8 per cent for the year 2007 is assumed as per the announced policy intentions of the provinces of Alberta and Ontario. So in 2007 corporate taxes alone will eat at least a 28% hole into trust profits. The trust index fell 12% today. I imagine we are not done before 'investing' becomes safe again... trading is another issue..
