Should Boston University's College Republicans be allowed to offer a Caucasian-only scholarship?

msnbc.msn.com

My answer isn't on the list of votes. I'd say they should be allowed to offer such a scholarship, if black only scholarships are allowed (and they are) but that they probably shouldn't offer such a scholarship (and I'm not a big fan of black only scholarships either).

Well maybe that could be "Yes, it illustrates the problems with race-based scholarships.", but the distinction between "should be allowed to" and "should" isn't made by that vote, in fact it seems to imply that if you vote yes you are saying they should do it.
