Does anyone remember the Presiden't sad jokes about "looking for WMD" behind his desk? Does anyone remember that only a few weeks ago John Boehner tried to protect Rumsfeld by saying the execution in Iraq was not Rummy's fault, but the generals? (read also, every other soldier or marine with a line of command responsibility)....Where is the outrage?

If there is none for such statements, then get the pound of flesh from Kerry and find another target. How about Pelosi?

Right now the republicans are truly whistleing past the graveyard. the polls continue to sink, Iraq is the primary issue...so they try to frame the issue on a statement by a guy already discredited two years ago....

Gaffes are made by all politicians. The President has made a ton...

Maybe the base thinks the Kerry thing is a big deal, and Sean Hannity thinks so, the the rest of the country has moved on...well on.

Read the polls.

The off-year election was going to be marginal because, at the end of the day, everyone decides on THEIR OWN GUY.

John Kerry just NATIONALIZED an off-year election for the first time since 1994.

Remember what happened then?...
